 Lalit Deshmukh is a professional fine art photographer situated in Pune, India. Lalit is very passionate about nature, from where he draws much of his inspiration for photography. He enjoys capturing special moments in nature and invoking emotions via the compositions and light. Lalit has spent more than 10 years exploring and photographing western United States including the Rocky mountains, Colorado plateau as well as the Pacific coast and surrounding volcanic region. Brought up in India and graduated in Electronics from Pune, later completed his masters in computer science from Ohio, United States.  With 11 US patents accredited to his name and many more pending, Navin is deeply engaged in a variety of technologies ranging from databases to EI to Web 2.0 to cloud computing. With a BTech in IIT, Mumbai, an MS and a PhD in Databases from the University of Wisconsin, the brilliant career was just obvious to follow. He started as a developer, and went on to become an architect and a manager. After working in every phase and part of the IT space, the best happened to him. Navin did not stop there. <div>  </div> <div> Navin's love for technology did not turn him in a geek, but in an entrepreneur. Navin was one of the first people to actively use the world wide web. In 1994, he created a website of lyrics of Hindi Movie Songs based on the ITRANS song book. Today, that website still exists at <a href="http://smriti.com" target="_blank">smriti.com</a>, and has over 10,000 songs in the database, and is still popular though he stopped working on it many years ago.</div> <div>  </div> <div> On a strategically placed sabbatical in the middle of his career, he launched <a href="http://Punetech.com" target="_blank">Punetech.com</a>, a portal for the technical community in Pune. The initiative has been flourishing ever since with an enthusiastic response from local fraternity. He provides coaching and training to the Police department of Pune, Mauritius and Malaysia on the related subjects. He has also taken a lot of lectures and workshop at many premier institutes in India such as IIT Madras, IIM Ahmedabad, Asian School of Cyber Laws, Symbiosis and many others. Rohit had been involved in many big size infrastructure projects like Commonwealth Youth Games Pune 2008 & Commonwealth Games Delhi 2010 working as Director Technology with the Organizing Committee.
