And inspite of all these words of wisdom floating from different corners, there are still questions lingering in our minds-Are we doing the right things to bring up our kids? What if it actually does more harm than good inspite of following every rule of the book and so on…

FAQs:

What will participants gain from this session ?

There will be a wide variety of topics discussed in this session as to why an entirely different and innovative approach is needed for parents in this new age of freedom.

According to studies, kids between age group of 10-18 years are very impressionable and if sensitized at the right time, can have the right approach towards conducting their life in the best possible manner. Therefore the onus is on the parents to ensure that a sense of responsibility and respect is instilled in the minds of these young children to make sure they have a better tomorrow. But the approach has to be a far cry from the clichéd methods.

Therefore, the aim of this session will be to help parents formulate different issues like motivating your kids to take life more responsibly and respecting others in a different and unique way.

The participants will be trained to design and execute experiments a la Gandhian way, to bring about change they expect in their families. They will also learn real truths and insights from the experiments to facilitate the ongoing change further and incorporate it in their lives.
