A multi-faceted man, Ketan Gandhi is a chartered engineer, international speaker, entrepreneur and a trainer of high repute. Currently he is a Founder President and CEO of KgGuruji consulting and services that partner with engineering, energy, manufacturing and service firms to offer an array of services under one roof including strategy, leadership and innovation areas.

Experience

Ketan possesses 18 years of experience in technical and management areas in various Multi National Companies. He hasmanaged and led businesses, working in the wide gamut of steel, nuclear power, engineering, energy, IT and services. He eventually turned into an entrepreneur with KgGuruji.

In the past, he has headed Rs. 1200 crores size business unit as SBU Head and is affiliated with world’s prestigious institutions and non-profit organizations. Executing assignments as an internal and as an external consultant and corporate training are few other feathers in his cap.

He is an international speaker and a visiting faculty for over 15 leading universities and management institutions. In addition, he is an accredited management teacher and member of Institute of Management consultants of India.

As a trainer, he has designed and deployed several training and management development programs in India and abroad. Furthermore, he has even conducted several technical, behavioural and functional training modules.

Education

Ketan is an IIM Ahmadabad alumni and Chartered Engineer and has also participated in executive education program at Harvard Business School.
