1. Description of services
1.1 www.GroupGyaan.com is provided by “Gyan Banto Software Solutions”, which designs, produces, and markets a variety of seminars and workshops focused on various topics, subjects and issues. This site is for informational purpose and for offering facility and services of training programs.
1.2 To subscribe to the session via “GroupGyaan.com” a visitor must complete the online registration process, including visitor’s electronic acceptance of this Agreement, and subject to the acceptance of the online registration by the website owner
2. Scope of activity
2.1 Registration Data: As part of the online registration process, visitor shall have to fill in and submit the registration form. The information provided by the visitor must be current and accurate. The visitor is solely responsible for updating the registration data as and when necessary and required by the website owner.
2.2 Account/ Password: As part of the online registration process, visitor will choose a password and a user name. Visitor is entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of its password and account, and the visitor is solely responsible for any and all activities that occur under its account.
2.3 Schedule: The sessions will be scheduled and such schedules will display on the website. The visitor having interest in the session can book the session/s on the website. Visitors who have wish listed a session will be notified. Such notification is not mandatory on the part of GroupGyaan.com.
2.4 Payment Information: The amount payable for the session shall vary according to the subject. As part of the online booking process, the visitor is to the payment gateway from where the payment related information and transaction could be submitted. GroupGyaan.com has no control over the payment gateway and does not store any information relating to the credit card / debit card/ bank details etc. GroupGyaan.com will have the order ID and the corresponding transaction status form the payment gateway with respect to the confirmation of the transaction and also tracking purposes.
3 Privacy:
GroupGyaan.com takes reasonable precaution to secure the personal details provided by you by registering yourself on our site. GroupGyaan.com shall not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than enabling the business partners in order to provide a requested service. E.g. to arrange schedules and training programme. At the instance of any dispute arising in relation to the terms and conditions GroupGyaan.com shall share or disclose the information.
4. Information on site: Responsibilities:
4.1. As provided in this terms, you will not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products or services obtained from the Site. You have to further agree that you will not use the Content to intentionally violate Indian law and regulations.

11.1 GroupGyaan.com will not be liable to pay back the amount relating to the booked session under circumstances wherein the participant is unable to attend the session or has cancelled the booking.
11.2 Under the circumstances where the session is cancelled by GroupGyaan.com, GroupGyaan shall refund the session amount only.
11.3 GroupGyaan shall not be liable for any loses incurred due to unauthorized use of the account credentials of a registered visitor.
11.4 Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the website is done at visitors own discretion and risk and GroupGyaan.com will not be liable for any damage to visitors computer system or other device or loss of data that results from the download of material from website.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
12.1 Visitor hereby acknowledges and agrees that the services are provided by GroupGyaan.com on an "as is" basis, and visitor's access to and/or use of the website is at his sole risk.
